The management is formed with a CEO, two deputy CEOs, (respectively a Medical Executive and a Nursing Executive) served by 4 staff units (Administrative department, Clinical Staff Unit, and International Patients Services).

The hospital is divided into five treatment centers, each of which is led by a management team with independent administrative and financial responsibility, and a Service Centre, lead by a manager.

The treatment centers are a Medical Center, Surgical Center, Psychiatric Center, Emergency Center and a Diagnostic Center.
